Dr Anne-Marie Welsh is a senior staff specialist in intensive care working at St George Hospital, Sydney.

Post attaining intensive care fellowship in 2010, she has completed 2 echo fellowships, at the PA Hospital in Brisbane under Prof. Wahi and at Nepean Hospital under Associate Professor Sam Orde.

She has a master in ultrasound from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in critical care echo from the University of Queensland.

She is currently working towards completing the DDU critical care and the American Board exams in critical care echo.

Outside ICU and echo, Anne-Marie enjoys being a mother to 3 small children aged 8 and under.
