Dr Ng is currently an Associate Consultant at the Adult Intensive Care Unit, Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2014 and the membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP), UK in 2017. She completed her specialty training in Critical Care Medicine in 2021. Her area of interests includes Critical Care Echocardiography and Extracorporeal Life Support. She has passed both the Examination of Special Competence in Critical Care Echocardiography (CCEeXAM®) and the Examination of Special Competence in Adult Echocardiography (ASCeXAM®) by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE). She has also passed all the written components of the European Diploma in Critical Care Echocardiography (EDEC). She is actively involved in echocardiography education. She was the instructor in various local and international courses in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia and Europe.
