Dr. Ma is currently working as an Associate Consultant in the Adult Intensive
Care Unit at Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong. She earned her medical degree
from the University of Hong Kong in 2014 and became a member of the Royal
College of Physicians (MRCP), UK in 2017. In 2021, she completed her specialty
training in Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Ma has also passed the Examination of
Special Competence in Critical Care Echocardiography (CCEeXAM®) and the
Examination of Special Competence in Adult Echocardiography (ASCeXAM®)
administered by the National Board of Echocardiography. Her professional
interests revolve around Critical Care Echocardiography and Extracorporeal Life
