Dr Lyndal Russell is a consultant in Intensive Care Medicine in NSW, Australia.  She graduated from the University of Sydney School of Medicine in 2003 and was awarded FRACP and FCICM in 2013.  While working in Intensive Care Medicine at Nepean Hospital, Lyndal was awarded a Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound (Critical Care). 

Lyndal has an interest in critical care echocardiography and lung ultrasound, education, and mechanical circulatory support.  She teaches echocardiography, BASIC and Beyond BASIC courses nationally and internationally.  She has contributed to teaching NICCER courses since 2013.  Lyndal’s other interests include heart failure, patient safety, mountaineering, woodwork, and MG cars.
