Dr Ely Leong is an Emergency Consultant working at the Centro Hospitalar Conde S. Januario in Macau. He is very keen in point-of-care ultrasound training, and has been a RACEplus faculty for many years. Dr Leung is currently the President of Macau society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.
