Ben is a respiratory physician who got distracted by physiology and the ‘proper sick’ people, and is now moonlighting as a PhD candidate exploring the clinical sequelae of acute severe right heart dysfunction. He did his physician training in Queensland, his echo training at Nepean, and is simultaneously contemplating finishing his ICU training or requesting voluntary admission to the local locked mental health unit. Outside of work he tries to cardio his way to enlightenment through ultramarathons and long course triathlons.
